As the Istrian tradition orders, the emphasis is exclusively on natural ingredients, meat and fish, self-grown plants, aromatic spices and seasonal vegetables.

Chef's Choice

We are located in Medulin in an attractive location - right at the entrance to the promenade - so it's easy to find us. There is also private parking within the restaurant, so you only have to worry about choosing a delicious dish from our gastronomic offer. The interior is pleasant, warm and modern and staying on the terrace offers a wonderful view of the greenery, the forest and the effervescent sea. What distinguishes the gastronomic offer of this restaurant is the combination of Istrian-Mediterranean cuisine and innovation, with the obligatory fresh homemade ingredients for the perfection of smell, taste and color!

Winery Sosich from Lašić in the immediate vicinity of Vižinada makes "wines with soul". Namely, from his grandfather Giorgio, Adriano Sošić took over the care of the wine and the vineyard as an oenologist and owner of the winery with the wholehearted help of his wife Iva Sosic and mother Marcela Sošić, who makes excellent liqueurs. Olive oils and liqueurs are also offered on the market. Along with Adriano, his wife Iva Sosich who is sommelier itroduced us to the world of Sosich wine. Among other things, we tasted Vallis Vitae sparkling wine (charmat method), Malvazija premium 2022, Malvazija premium 2021, Malvazija Pregiata 2017, Rose merlot 2021, Teran di nonno Giorgio 2017, Merlot Silva aurea 2017 and finally sweet Terannino 2019, Erba lugiu, Biska, Kušovača... Familiar with the unforgettable Sosich wines, I tasted for the first time a sparkling wine that won me over, as well as Terannino, which is not too sweet, and the smell is intoxicating and reminiscent of the Christmas holidays. It is not surprising that they have been awarded numerous prizes and gold medals for their wines... We are happy that we found each other 💖

Arcobaleno, Medulin, positive review. A new, tastefully decorated restaurant at the very entrance to the promenade in Medulin. Proven chefs and waiters, helpful, unobtrusive and polite. The food is very very tasty, we ate shellfish, fish, seafood of every kind in a couple of days. An excellent selection of autochthonous wines. Prices of food and drinks considering the location, new everything, you look into the kitchen while they prepare your meal and the atmosphere as a whole, more than adequate. Mostly a clean five, for every recommendation..

On a Family holiday for two weeks in group of 13. We ate out at the top 6 rated restaurant on TripAdvisor in the local area at one point or another and on the last night went back to dolphin blu as we all believed it was the best meal we had!, highly recommend the tuna steak. The service was Fantastic.

We ate here 2 times in a row, simply because of the delicious food, and the superb service.
Great for children and has a very nice atmosphere.
We tried several different things on the menu and all of it was perfectly cooked and tasted extremely good.
The waitress was a delight and was aware of our every need, without being pushy.
We recommend to everyone.

Beautiful ambience, exceptional service!
A lot of attention is paid to the guest, and the food is a story for itself!
At every step and in every detail, you can see that they love their work and that they do it with passion! It is very important that you can also come for a drink or a cold appetizer without fear that they will resent you for not eating something “specific”. We feel very pleasant and welcoming. They have free parking within the restaurant.
